Common questions
Can you calibrate at the temperatures we actually use?
Yes. We calibrate at your working setpoints — for example an incubator at 35 °C or an autoclave at 121 °C — so the results reflect how the equipment is really operated.
How often should temperature equipment be calibrated?
Most laboratory and medical quality systems require calibration every 12 months. Critical equipment such as sterilisers may warrant more frequent verification — we can advise for your application.
Do you calibrate equipment used for medical and food compliance?
Yes. We calibrate sterilising and temperature-controlled equipment used in medical, pharmaceutical and food testing settings, providing reports that support your audit and regulatory requirements.
What do we receive after the calibration?
