Jacking equipment we calibrate

Pre-stressing, post-tensioning and load testing all depend on knowing the true force your hydraulic system delivers. We calibrate:

  • Hydraulic jacks
  • Pneumatic jacks
  • Pre-stressing jacks
  • Multi-strand jacks
  • Pipe testing machines
  • Complete jacking systems

From booking to report, without the runaround

  1. Request a quote

Tell us what equipment you have, its range and location. We'll confirm scope, method and price.

  2. We calibrate — in-lab or on-site

Our technician calibrates your equipment against reference standards, observing how it's used so the calibration matches real conditions.

  3. Receive your report

Your calibration report follows promptly once the work is complete, with results clearly stated.

  4. EasyCAL keeps track

EasyCAL subscribers have their equipment record, report history and next due date stored in the portal — we'll remind you before recalibration is due.

Common questions

Why do jacking systems need calibration as a system?

The jack, pump and gauge behave differently together than apart. We calibrate the complete system so the gauge reading corresponds to the actual force delivered at the ram — which is what matters on site.

How often should a jacking system be calibrated?

Typically every 12 months, and after any repair, seal replacement or component change. Project specifications for pre-stressing work often mandate current calibration certificates.

Can you calibrate our jacks on-site?

Yes. We calibrate jacking systems at your yard or site across Queensland. Large-capacity systems can also be calibrated at our Geebung laboratory.

What do we receive after the calibration?

A NATA-endorsed calibration report issued promptly after the work is completed, including the relationship between gauge pressure and delivered force, plus — for EasyCAL subscribers — a record in the portal.
